Reservation policy

Please take note that a deposit is required in order to confirm your reservation. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total bill. Reservation Deposits will only be refunded for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation. Kindly be informed that 5% of the reservation amount will be deducted for processing fees.
